The Refinery has a steam Power Station, this power plant is to supply electric power,
process steam, distilled water, and cooling water, to the Refinery.

The power plant contain three 7.5 MW turbo-generator units. (Plus a 7800 KW Diesel
power plant for, standby purposes), four boilers each boiler have a max., continuous capacity of 160,000 lbs, per hour steam at 600 PSIG and 75 F. Salt water supply system consist of three major components, Intake channel, and bays pump station to supply refinery cooling water, Power Plant cooling water and fire fighting water and a distribution piping system for and salt water supply. There is also a plant for the production of oxygen.
